Encomiums and tributes continued to pour in on the fastest growing Private University in Nigeria – the Afe Babalola University located in a serene and conducive environment in Ado-Ekiti, capital of Ekiti State, Nigeria.
The latest were contained in the goodwill messages delivered by Vice-Chancellors of two Universities in the South-Western part of Nigeria.
In his tribute, the Vice-Chancellor of Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti Prof. Dipo Aina described ABUAD as a veritable model of what a world class Private University should be. He commended the Institution for not abandoning its role of a pace-setter in enforcing discipline and high moral standard. He congratulated the Founder for his vision.
The Osun State University, Oshogbo was not left out in appreciating ABUAD. According to its Provost, College of law, Prof. O.O. Oludele who represented the Institution’s Vice-Chancellor, he explained that coming to ABUAD is an exciting experience that will remain evergreen in his memory. The University don described ABUAD as haven for transformatory and functional education for the betterment of our future leaders.
Prof. Oludele thanked the Founder for selflessly using his wealth to remove University education from its comatose state.
